Do you have a zip program to uncompress the file?

If you are using a Mobile phone, this will not work correctly

Do you have a compression program on your PC in order to view the files?
Windows OS has one built in, but is not very good, I would recommend 7Zip

That file is over 18 mb. I'm not sure what you downloaded for 39kb. It doesn't seem like you downloaded the actual file.
