You do not need the OCR program.
Simply select the text from the PDF.
Copy and paste the translator. And that's it.

Most of the information in Russian is some history of the subject and some info on the programs used to make the model.

The attached pdf is a translation of the words that are next to the symbols. That info and the assembly diagrams are the instructions for assembling the model.
