The Old Two Storey Stone House Paper Model
Here is the The Old Two Storey Stone House paper model, ready to download! This model was designed and texturized at MsPaint and then was "assembled" at Sketch, as a virtual test to know if all the parts had the right sizes. There are no instructions, but the Sketchup model and the images of this post will help with the assembly. Link: The Old Two Storey Stone House Paper Model - by Papermau - Download Now! |

This is an Add-On for the Old Two Storey Stone House, posted yesterday here at the blog. This simple gate makes the connection between two paper models of the Old Two Storey Stone House and form a nice facade for medieval figures. This is a great model Mauther and fits in so well with some of your other models. Very good and the stone work and wood grain came out perfect. Very nice model. Thank you very much. Love your work. wc

One nit-pick. I really do not like the boarded up window. I was looking for a model to do as a break, and thought I would do this one printed at two-pages per page to get it close to 28-30mm scale, but then I saw the boarded up window, that would need to go. After studying the model, I figured out where I could Gimp out the window by pasting another section over it, but by that time I had spent all the time I had planned on doing the build. If I do a version with 'clean' windows, for my own personal use, would you like to have a copy?
I picked this one because it looked like a very straightforward build, and I always enjoy the balance of your textures. Not quite photo-realistic, but definitely not cartoonish. Now with the addition, I definitely want to do this, and am eagerly looking forward to the next addition.

I really do appreciate the building, and I think I may have sounded more rude than I intended. But for my purpose, the boarded up window does not fit. I actually just did a quick replacement of the one window wall with the two window wall, just to be able to print it quicker. It looks very good printed off.
Thank you for this model.

When printed out at 85%, it fits right in with 28mm to 30mm scale buildings. Not knowing what building I would put next to the arch on the other side from the two-story building, I got rid of the blank areas on each end of the arch. I also changed the roof to the tile one.
I think it looks pretty good.
