I feel better.
I hope the small delay in locating the models did not cause anxiety. I searched using groups of characters from the page with the image of the paper models (see posting above), and managed to find this: 神戸市東灘区：ひがしなだペーパークラフト The page has the links to the Mikage Public Hall, and Kobe Fashion Plaza which looks like it was attacked by an UFO, and a Danjiri. The site says to "If you look up from below (at the models), you can ♪ taste the small popularity."
