There are many more Japanese paper crafts out there, but I have to stop here, because more exposure to Japanese internet will make my eyeballs explode from too much cuteness.

For no special reason, I made up three of the “Hakoshiki Rokkaku” puzzles listed in John’s post #1522. I had encountered this kind of toy under the name “Flexagon”, longer ago than I care to remember. Look up “flexagon” on Wikipedia for more info. Each hexagon has three faces. I photographed them with each toy in the same position in each picture. Apparently the flamingo was a favorite of the designer(s).

They have added a couple new items since I was last there.

There are so many firetrucks, but this is the only site that I know of with miscellaneous equipment

For the number 1 do not put any digit (simply end the address line with a string ".../paper.html").
