My Print button for 9 i_bu_1 is also grayed out. :<(

Hmmm.. I'm using Adobe Reader v 11.0.1, and it prints and scales normally here.
Could it be an adobe reader version issue? What OS are you using?

is the pdf reader version an issue?
Volker might have gone to a new version, where some of us might be using an older reader, and the print function might not work correctly

I've got the most recent version of Acrobat Reader DC (1 day old).
Also checked all the other Advent days so far and only 9 i_bu_1 has the problem. Ones before and after are fine. Running Win 7, Firefox 43.0 browser, Acrobat Reader DC version 2015.009.20079

i have not heard a lot of good words on the DC version of Acrobat reader

I'm not sure its on Volkers end. If that were the case, all files would be affected, and for all users. Or all files for some users. This is random.
It is an odd situation.

Think it is the file. can't open it also and comes back saying needs a password to print. All the other files are fine with no problem. Tried it using Mac Preview which opens the file but no print. Same with Adobe Reader, print function is grey (won't print).

Looks like some restrictions were included with that file and not removed before being put up for download. If you remove the restrictions it functions like the others.
The last time I used Foxit Reader a new folder for Ads was placed on my C: drive and filled with cwrap. Not very pleased with that.
