Something I'd been hoping someone would design, a 1:50 M8 Greyhound armored car by Orcberto at:

Gallery : Pepakura Designer

File is in 4.x PDO format, so use a newer Pepakura Viewer version.

The postwar Philippine Army had a number of these, I'm just waiting on permission to recolor this Brazilian version.

For those interested in Philippine airliners, here's a FaceBook page with papercraft downloads:

PaperKraft amigos - Home | Facebook

This got my attention as they have a BAe 146-200 in SkyJet livery - I was thinking about doing this recolor from Bruno's design but I'm happy someone else did. This larger scale model is based on Gary Pilsworth's model. There're also airliners in Philippine Airlines and Cebu Pacific liveries, others too.

This web publisher has been around for a while, but this is the third incarnation/ISP of his website (click on free download service):

紙の穴 - たった一人の模型メーカー

Aside from the old models (like some from the Kizuna/Avenue website) he's added many new ones which now need passwords, which you can find after watching the accompanying video.

I didn't find his old T6 Harvard glider I was looking for, but I found a Brewster Buffalo and Polikarpov I16.

More website moves! This publisher moved to a new location in the last year:

ペーパークラフト : masayu-i blog - ちらしのうら - Part 3

New are the Flower-class K193 corvette (style reminds me of Olli Bizer) and a blue striped X-wing. Still available are Japanese Cost Guard ships and the small Command Wolf Zoid, plus various Star Wars ships.

Here's a very nice webpage I found while surfing for inspiration on how to kitbash a simple Mercedes Benz W120/180D 'ponton' (which doesn't seem to exist in paper). I normally don't follow Pinterest links after my frustrating experience with Paper Army, but I'm glad I did this time:

http://michaeltoson.simplesite.com/438173035

Herr Toson does simple but very nice cars, with a varied selection including couple of Porsche 911 Targas and even a Ferrari Dino 308 for fans of Magnum PI. His Rolls Royce Silver Cloud Mk3 will be my model for the W120's front end.

Enjoy!

Just came across this really nice Irish website with police and fire vehicles:

robloughlin.ie - Papercraft

Download links in BOLD at the page top, or in the link list a few lines down: 'garda car' and 'paper models'.

My previous impression was that Japanese emergency vehicle freebies had that extra something that made them nicer than others (except for minimodel.cz/sk and streetpaper.de), but these look very nice in the photos - I really like the fire pumper in the LGBTQ rainbow stripes!

Here's an update on Tozawa-san's website:

ƒy[ƒp[ƒNƒ‰ƒtƒg

Recent additions are a Kawasaki Ki-48 Sally bomber, a Kawanishi N1K-J George fighter and a recolor of his Mitsubishi A6M2 21 Zero fighter. Scale looks consistent with his previous 1:50 scale models.
