I love that his model is nearly complete and ready for assembly. Many thanks to the creator for sharing his work freely. I do have a question for someone with more knowledge though....the parts that show the flag being attached....is that a mast structure that attaches to the ships island? I cannot find any visual references to verify this....

The flag doesn't attach to a mast structure. It's just a rigging line (lanyard?) that attaches to the island.

If you translate the instrucitons the last line is:
"It's over. good job for today"
and a translated tweet reads:
"All the steps above have been fixed. Thank you very much for staying with us for such a long time."
So the ship could be finished.

There is this message from him:
"Next, we plan to make the "E-2D Advanced Hawkeye" 1/350 scale. I will start after finishing some main business projects."
