I checked out the link and clicked on the calendar and a large START over-printed the calendar, but nothing appears to be active yet. I initiated a pretty extensive hunt across the page.

The first part of a multi part model has been posted
The facade of a Royal villa, in German it is called a Schloss, in Dutch a Slot, if you would translate those two words to English, you would get Lock, as in a padlock or closed/locked
