I have the first 7 of these and am having trouble trying to conceive
how the walls are situated. They don't seem to be mentioned in the
English instructions. Will they be mentioned later? You seem to have
all the towers.

Hi Bob,

thatīs true, it is not translated. I will give full advice how to place the wall elements. One of my colleagues was born in Russia and he translated the vital information for me. Please check my building report of the Kremlin Complex. After every single part, I will give advice how and where to place the wall elements. For better understanding of the project, I will post this information here, too.

best regards,

Jörg

Mr. Schulze. This may be way out of my league but you said this was beginner proof. Is it possible that this could be done as a school project for a High School History class? My daughter is supposed to build a model of the Kremlin. How many buildings of the Kremlin complex are available and where do I go to find them?

I hate to upset any one, but the prospect of being able to build the whole of the Moscow Kremlin is very small. The towers have been published over the last three years and none of the other buildings have been published. There are more than five churches and countless other buildings - such as the armory within the Kremlin

However there are a few churches from other parts of Russia and Ukraine in the same scale and these take some time to make.

If anyone wants to make the whole of the Kremlin and they are a dedicated modeller, you could look for a reprint of the micromodel by Mikes Mandell. This kit is approximately 10 times smaller than the Mikhail Orel kits!

Please don't think this is a criticism of Orel kits - I have made quite a few of his buildings and like them a lot.

You will find threads of mine relating to Russian buildings - Including the Kremlin on the forum.

Joerg, I like your work and good luck with the rest of Orel's kits!

Cheers
Mike
