The current issue of the IPMS USA Journal has an extensive report on the 2024 IPMS/USA National Convention including the "Tiger Meet," a special display-only area. The report specifically mentions Greg Perry's paper models display.

Yes I was named within! In fact, Dick Engar (the author) and I had quite a conversation and he did available himself with some printed out Canon Buildings I had to give away.
On another note, I am now the IPMS point of contact for the Papermodelers Special Interest Group. There will be a "Tiger Meet" display area at the 2025 IPMS Nationals in Hampton, Virginia in early August. I am considering attending but have not yet committed to it. I have also heard rumors that there may be a paper model category in the competition itself. I have provided judging criteria to the main committee already. There will be category 765 for paper models at this year's national convention. Greg
