The only minor problem I can see with "fine scale" is that not all paper models are "Scale" anything. They are just high quality, well built paper representations of something that doesn't exist.

I'm not sure this is an issue of any concern, just though I'd mention it.

I agree about that but it implies a high degree of quality and the scale can be of something in your imagination There will be a vote in a few days prolly after the weekend

Well then it becomes a 1:1 scale doohickey that now exists because you've just built it. :p Or its a 1:X scale model of a doohickey that you invented in your mind. I think that for the most part, scale models apply even if there's some creative license on some of the builds.

I did think to go with International Paper Modellers Group, but it's a bit close to IPMS and confusion could reign. I prefer International Card Modellers Group (ICMG), similar enough to retain the link in your mind with IPMS but also different so you know it's not the same, if you see what I mean!

I think I like IWPPMG
International Wood Pulp Product Modeling Group:p

No? Okay seriously....I like the following couple
World-wide Paper Modelers
Global Paper Modelers Group

But this one also has a nice ring to it....even though "paper" is not in the title.
International Card Modelers Group
