Suggestions have kind of petered out so here are the options! Please choose one. I intentionally left off anything starting with International as the guys at IPMS suggested against using it.

I'm gonna go with World-wide Paper Modelers (WPM).
Dunno why it struck me right now, but I got curious to check abbreviations in a Google search and most hits for WPM was for words per minute. My other considerations actually had companies associated with the abbreviations. Like Global Paper Modelers Group (GPMG), my second choice.

What happened to PM-SIG? I kind of liked that for its straight-forwardness. But out of the above, I voted for FSPM (F-Spam? :p). Dunno, I just still like it.

Yep, went with the global modelers, didn't see anything for what these are copyrighted under-3D paper scupltures.

I'm in for Paper Modeling (won't argue to toss over UK v US spelling!)...it's direct, to the point and what we do...too many plays on words or attempts to 'tart up' the title generally start to grate once the initial novelty wears off...

Paper Modeling encompasses PM-SIG - We CANT use just and acronym. Of course going with Paper Modeling gives the same abbreviation as this site
