P&W Wasp R-985
Hello everyone. Does anyone know if there is a model of the R-985? Has anyone built it? Is it another cryptopapermodel?

Not that I remember. Unless someone has made one from scratch.
Or, there may be one as part of a kit of an airplane that used it. By the way "crypto"="hidden" So, a cryptomodel would be a model that exists but is hidden somewhere. Right? Maybe it just doesn't exists. In such case, is just a non-existent kit.

Gracias!! (¿Alguna novedad además de tu fabuloso DC-3?).
Translation provided by Google Translate and rickstef Hi Rubén, yes, I see that you are right. It will be necessary to use an engine from another kit and scale it to my model ... and yes, with crypto I meant those mythical bugs like the chupacabra or the Yeti ... sometimes it is difficult to find models. I work on a Model Z Gee-Bee, using model planes to see if I ever get a decent papercraft (The only one I know exists is the Fiddlersgreen one ...). For that model is that I need that engine. Thank you!! (Anything new besides your fabulous DC-3?). |
