Barry,
please check out my building report on kartonbau.de - it contains a total of some 80 pictures and also some of the skeleton. This is rather primitive but since I used, if I remember correctly, 1.4mm card the stability is sufficient. I want to add that I find both your construction and build of the LHA-1 great - especially the construction is something where I have no skills. Nichts, nothing, rien, njente ;-( I hope that your model will be available after you've completed it - I'd be more than interested!! It would look great next to my Saratoga and Noworossijsk! Cheers, Old Rutz

Thanks for that mate interesting to see how the professionals do it I probably use far too many formers but I design for the fact I have weak hands. I will try to keep my act together to publish this one and several others but I find my instruction writing is not good desperately struggling on one now but it is getting there.

yipe! big big big job...
I can though the red issue with the hanger... thats the other reason why I prefer to scan the original and digitally make my changes. Long model in build time and display space. I was hoping to build the Bonneventure but... =( Good build though. |

Thank you for showing us your beautiful pics.
I bought Saratoga CVA60 of Fly Model recently. Your pics will surely be of great help to me in making my model. Yu |

Just beautiful carrier.
Thanks for sharing! The photos at kartonbau.de look just like a production line on a factory. You can even create a diorama only with the parts! Last edited by milenio3; 07-27-2007 at 08:18 AM. |
