Very nice, Philip.
I especially like the middle one, it should be the Musee des Thermes, it seems that the columns create a real archway.

In olden times when I used to travel more and mainly in Europe when ever I wanted to send a postcard I would always pick a model card if available. I've never built any myself but it's good to see that they are actually buildable. Thanks Philip.

Very nice. I built the Notre Dame postcard about two months ago. Had it for years but can't recall where or how I came by it.

Hello Philip and all...
I really like postcard models such as those you've shared. The late Chip Fynn created a number of these, I am fortunate to have some. Postcard models printed on an offset press are far superior in the inks used which gave denser and brighter co!ors, and nice metalics as well. Alas, that seems a thing of the past.

You've done a good job with your little treasures.

Larry

Fashion Accessories

While architecture models formed the great majority of L'Instant Durable's postcard collection, other subjects were sometimes dallied with, as is the case here. These are life-size spectacles and earrings designed, no doubt, for chic young folks. Tres elegante!

The earrings were supplied with a thin wire hook taped to the front of the card for the benefit of those with pierced ears. Of course, if you wanted a matching pair of earrings you would have to buy two postcards. Clever.

- Regard Intense, Pyramides "Swing"
- Hygeia says, "Hello, Sweetie!"
