Sultan Ahmet Camii - Canon
Finished this almost an hour ago, took me 8 days to build, the process wich took me the longest was the domes that goes over the courtyard, took 2 days to build 29 domes and toppers. Now I'm beyond amazed by the result, since this was a model wich I always wanted to build, since I discovered Canon's site in 2010. But, by seeing the finished photos on the PDF, I always had the feeling that the final result would be too big and I wouldn't have the necessary space to show it, as I already have a couple of Canon's architectural models laying on my kitchen's counter. This model will rest over my mother's drying machine here on the kitchen. Now I will take a 1 day break, then I will decide wich model to build next.

Very nice. See if you can find a home for it. Ask the Turkish Embassy - they may like it!

Very nice build!
Did you use a protecting spray coating or did you print the template with a laser printer? I can see some reflexes on the domes.

The reflexes on the domes is because the paper I used was glossy photo paper. I've been getting great results so far with this paper.
