Fish (But No Chips)
Managed to get these critters done pretty quickly as part of our decorations for the festive season. I know they seem pretty fierce at first sight but once you get to know them you realize that looks are only superficial. The kindly mother fish bestows protection for her fry by allowing it inside her maw. Air currents generated by passers-by cause the little one to move around a bit. They were meant only to be temporary. I fear that may not be the case any longer as the photographer and I are getting to grow fond of them.
They were published as "Ryby" by Michaela Pavlatova, Albatros, Prague, 1989. And before I forget, I would like to wish you all a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year!

Merry Christmas, Philip.
And thanks for remembering me and my lack of time for hobbies.
