1975 Urba Car (1/100, Minimodels)

Just completed my first 1/100 model from Minimodels. Lovely little thing. I added a windscreen wiper made from painted plastic rod. I also added layered rear light clusters and front indicators (from the spare model on the sheet).

A very interesting vehicle. Looks like an AMC Gremlin and a Bond Bug had a baby. Well done!

I look forward to seeing your Gremlin. I bought one new in 1972 - my first brand new car purchase. $1,700 and change. It was a rough riding sucker. It felt like they left off the springs and shocks and just welded the rear axle to the frame.

I like the Urba. I once had a friend in Korea who drove a lime green Gremlin, so I look forward to seeing your version.

You do a remarkably clean and precise job of these tiny models!

There's a white model Pacer out there designed by a French blogger. I downloaded his free model and had some fun coloring it as the car from the Wayne's World movie. AMC Pacer SCHWINGGG!!!
