Dodge Deora (Kool Wheels, 1/52)
Completed another of Dave's models. Went together beautifully. I measured the scale as 1/52. Last photo shows it next to one of my Hot Wheels versions. Kool Wheelz!
Straker's car is now on the bench. Last edited by Aloniuk; 03-12-2024 at 06:45 AM. |

What a very clean build! Good job.
Straker's Car is a nice choice. I like that car. (biased towards UFO) I've redesigned that model at least once...I'm still not completely happy with it. One day I might redesign it again. Don't forget to try the Koolwheelz Hot Wheels version of Deora! Its a bit smaller.

I like that version, Dave! I'm a big UFO fan as well. Ever thought about Paul Foster's car?

I did Straker's Car because I had the Dinky version when I was little.
Foster's car was relatively unknown and received very little screen time that I remember. I don't even remember any models of it. except maybe this garage kit from "UFO" Ed Strakers + Paul Fosters Car, Garage Kit Same fiberglass car, but with a silly huge hood scoop and side bumpers added. If an when I look at updating Straker's car, I can look at adding Foster's.
