Took me 3 tries on IE, also. First gave a 404 error, second was the too many downloads too soon, third time worked

Thank you for the heads up. I didn't try IE at first. I usually use Firefox, but I just tried IE and was able to download the PDF. It opened in browser for me.

If anyone else has problems with IE, try a different browser; Chrome or Firefox. If problems persist, then I'll have to refer to Jason, Chris or Rick who can work more magic behind scenes than I can .
