No pictures yet, but 80% of the A5 version fuselage is done. I'd like to say it was easy, but it bloody well wasn't. That one piece front end is a right lulu, but I got there, and the rear sections went together easily.

Nose section and cockpit tomorrow. They look straightforward enough, but that nose cone is minute. Might have to crack out the headband magnifier for this one. The big one on a stand keeps misting up as I'm leaning into it.

Oh go on then ... For those that still doubt it can be done ...

I'm quite proud of it actually.

Note for other builders ... The colour print doesn't have any tabs drawn in, but the B&W .pdo Gary posted does show where they go. Personally I find separate tabs give flatter joins, which are crucial in this small scale.

Keep on snippin' ... Johnny.

Just one more wing to go, then the bits I'm dreading ... undercarriage and armament.

Is anyone building a big one yet?

Keep on snippin' ... Johnny.

Both the Javelin and the Vulcan would be great additions. What scale were you thinking of?

I have the perfect book for the V force. Development and history of the V force. Lots of photos and 3 view drawings. If you need any reference material from the book let me know.
