Unhappy InkReloaded.com / Ultragamut.com DONT use THIS company for ANYTHING

Hi team
I wanted to let you all know that I ordered a continuous ink supply system (CISS) from InkReloaded.com.

They sent me a 4 ink system for a Cannon printer when I ordered a 5 ink system for an HP Printer.

No big deal I thought and contacted their support. I am on my 3rd email and they have not even bothered to reply.

I will give them a day or two then threaten them with the thought of 14 thousand plus papermodelers looking at this thread and never buying from them ever and see if that kicks their butts.

But I would not recommend them - not for the wrong product but for the extreme lack of support. I hope that they are not that bad and hope they prove me wrong.

Cheers
Jim

Ouch.
If you paid by PayPal, file a claim against them for the wrong product. That will certainly get their attention.

Thanks Mike. I am really hoping that they prove me wrong in this though. Sadly I did not use paypal but I am forever the optimist. To be honest I should have given them a bit longer. oh well with a bit of luck this might turn into a BUY FROM THEM AS THEY"RE GREAT Thread. ;-)

Cheers
Jim

WOOP WOOP>
I am so very pleased to be proved wrong.

Once I got through to a human they could not do more for me. They have already shipped the correct item as I spoke and they have a shipping label printed out for me to send the wrong item back to them with.

No questions or issues just concern for my care and they did what I wanted.

They are also moving office and they explained that is the reason why there is problems with the phone and email.

I am really pleased that I am wrong.

Cheers
Jim

I just checked and nothing for the Dell I'm afraid. Forgive my ignorance but I had no idea Dell did printers. While I have the feel good factor from them - I hope that they are true to their word. I checked the shipping on it and it looks like they've sent me the goods US Priority mail so I think things are heading in the right direction.

Cheers Jim.

That's good to know.. It does help when you can talk to a person. I only order through companies when I can talk to someone. I don't bother anymore with LdProducts.com, as my first 4 phone orders were perfect. It is real nice when things work out. I had that problem with a faulty Suzuki motorcycle Regulator. 3 months, into the riding Season, I finally hear back from the company. That same day, a new regulator was on my front step, they were moving and it took them 3 months!! The other good outcome I found out that the Kawasaki Regulator worked and could handle heat better and could handle more amps. I got one on Ebay for $20 dollars. I don't buy from EBAY but the seller's business was well known.

Sometimes there is a legitimate reason, Murphy's Law!!
