Reliable CISS companies in UK?

Has any UK member bought a CISS from either of the following companies?

www.cityinkexpress.co.uk or
www.cartridge-webshop.com ?

I am trying to check their quality, customer support, etc.

I have a Canon Pixma IP 4850.

Gary has found www.continuous-ink-systems.co.uk satisfactory - but they do not support my Canon.

Mightily appreciate feedback on these two companies, or any other company distributing CISS products in the UK.
