I don't dust it. I just run it through the dishwasher once in a while.

I actually do both. I dust and vacuum. I have no idea if I'm doing it right or wrong but for about 15 years I have blown the inside of my computers with cans of compressed air
and while I'm doing this I hold the vac cleaner nozzle about 4 inches away to suck up the dust I create. I have never wrecked a computer doing this, but I am not saying that I couldn't. Just my 2 cents worth.

you know, if you watch 'the antique roadshow' whenever they clean off the "protective" patina off of the candlesticks and such, it ruins the value of the item. I think the same is true for PC's...

I don't understand. How do you guys vacuum your wives? I tried that once and my wife told me that if I ever tried that again, she would shove that thing so far up somewhere
that I would never want to try it again.

finally, someone with some sense!
lmao

I suggest managing your Paper Model collection in much the same fashion.
The dust just adds atmosphere and history to your creations.
But if it gets too distracting, you can fit many models in the Dishwasher
at the same time...which saves on water and cleaners.

I love the way this thread has degraded into another wonderful collection of "tech tips"! rofl
Maybe all the technical discussions should be moved to the Comedy Stand?
I sometimes get the feeling we should only be discussing Paper Models on this site! haha

as Dented Rick said: "
