Hmmm.. A 60 watt Engraving laser is best suited for lighter duties.
Likely great for paper products. Not so good on wood though. 75 watts being the basic power level for 1/8 ply. |

Could you do ship's railings? Common scales would be 1/200, and 1/250. Materials I've seen are mostly cardstock or cover stock from 110-lb to 140-lb weight.

The origin of this post was a year ago. Ron tried offering laser cut parts through ECardmodels but the sales were less than dismal and there was a big problem with his local post office in Ottawa not actually posting the pacakages. The set of laser cut frames I eventually received from him for the Heinkel model 1/200 U.S.S. New Ironsides (Full Hull) Paper Model were very precise. I do not believe he is still offering this service.
