Printer and paper feed

Ok, now using a Canon MX870 which has a rear paper feed, as well as a bottom tray feed. Looking at a Canon MG7520 (on sale at Best Buy), It has two trays, one for photo paper and one for plain paper, both on the bottom and no rear paper feed. Does anyone have any experience or thoughts about feeding card stock, 110lb from a bottom tray and rolled around 180 degrees for printing????

Thank you for your time

I have had many HP printers that feed that way and have had no problems with 110 lb card stock. I prefer it because it takes up less space.

For years I used a HP 720C printer with the 180 degree paper path and had no trouble feeding 110lb card stock and photo paper through it.
