Printer problem

Dear fellow paper modelers:
I have an Epson-2720 printer. I have a bad paper jam, the paper tore when I tried to get it out so I can't get the rest of the paper out the front as the manual shows and I found a U-Tube that showed to tip the printer onto it's left side and pull the paper out the bottom. Even with tweezers I can't remove the paper. Anyone have this problem and how to fix it?
Thanks
Miles

Can't help, but I thought I would give this a bump since it was about to drop off the front page
