What is happening with the download zone, for several days, although a new file appears on the list, e.g. MD11 Swissair, after clicking, it turns out that it is only on the list, without a physical pdf

A thing really weird that happen when I was edit 2 download post
I was add the photos for this post when I see that apart from the photo, other files were also added that I did not put but that were already uploaded on the page
