Login troubles - Page 4

Same issues but with a twist. Problems are present when using PC w/chrome but my smartphone and tablets have zero issues with site. Not much of a problem since I usually use tablets .

I am having no issues. In fact the site is working better for me now. The site loads quicker and no error page that makes it so I have to log in everytime I visit. Using the latest verson of Chrome. (hope it is not jinxed now)

Just to add my 6 penny worth. I am using a desktop PC with Windows 11 O/S and Opera browser.

Unless Microsoft or Opera have made a change I am unaware of, nothing has changed at my end.

I've been getting the same problems that many others are mentioning which is making the site difficult to use. Whereas I used to access daily I now find my access already less frequent. Photos can't be viewed and I find myself logging off in frustration leaving many posts just not getting read.

Is there a fix in the pipeline ? I do hope so. I'll try intermittently for a little while longer.

Interesting. I have no problems at all.
What I would ask, please check and make sure when you login, that the
"Remember me" box is checked.
After the last issue when all traffic got routed through cloudflare, it may
have messed with your login.
Just something to try. And there may be a software upgrade in work.

Been on about 5 minutes and had to re-login around a dozen times. Using W10 with Chrome and checking "Remember me" box. Now lets see if it will send this or log me out again.

I agree l’m viewing the forum less and less because of this troublesome log-in system.

This log-in fatigue really drives me (and many others, maybe) crazy!
It seems to work okay on iPhone though.

Everything is back to normal, working perfectly for me, for a few days now.

The complaints still sound like a Cookie problem in my opinion.
Your browser may not be saving any cookies...or deleting the site cookies after each visit.

If you guys (with the ongoing issues) don't know how to adjust cookie settings, I can help.
I use four browsers on my system (Brave, Chrome, Firefox and Edge) for various reasons.

Just ask and post the browser you are using.
I'll also need the browser version, to verify its up to date.
*to find the version of your browser, look at the top right of the browser window
for the three lines/dots...click to open all the options you can customize.
From the drop down list, look for "About..." or "Help" - then look for 'About...'
Click 'About' to view information on your browser, like the Version number.
If you use Opera browser, the options menu is at the top left corner, and you look will see 'About Opera' in the list.
