Not able to send private message

Hi, I can only see "User List", but no "Send Message" option.
Any idea why this function is not available in my account?

As this is your first post, it had to be approved by an admin. Now that it is approved, you should see a "send private message" under the user you wish to contact, if they have enabled private messaging.
