Yes, we do appreciate a smaller size, for storage space reasons. We recently had a lot of problems because the server was full. A medium size should be ok. I try not to post large pictures, as I do know the space issues. Whatever makes you feel ok with your pictures.

Funny, when I tried posting with larger images, it looks like they still resized to 640 x 480. Do I need to have something enabled to post larger images, like do I need to be a member for a certain amount of time first, or is there something else I'd need to do?

I figured it out: ".jpeg" images get resized automatically, but ".jpg" images do not. .jpg it is!

Fair 'nuf! Even 800 px wide is a huge improvement over 640.
