Smile FGMM Convair F2Y Sea Dart in 1/100 scale

Well my friends. After a little break, I'm retake my FGMM builds.

At this time I'm show the F2Y Sea Dart build, another jewl of Rob Carleen to FG.

Besides is a nice kit this assembly is not for begginer, the form shapes is very complex...

But I like build this model...

Firts step is a build fuselage sections, careful with hidro form shape...

I glued all sections at this time is need a great precision with aligment, after all sections dry I cutting the hole for wing with a sharp cirurgical N° 11 scalpel...

I made the rear engine deck, and make the wings. The wing reinforcement forming is very very necessary to form the correct shape of the wing...

After I build the turtle back, is a most complicated part in this model, is very difficult fit, glued and form the air intakes...

Cotinue in the next post...

Well done Pericles. Your prodigious building is rekindling the building urge in me! Hopefully, some 1/144 builds will soon appear, but none will rival your successes!
