Re: USS Onondaga 1/250
For not much reference material I think you've done a great job Avery. What I don't understand is why you didn't use the novel "Sahara" for reference. I really wanted to see Lincoln on top of the ship. ;D :P

Re: USS Onondaga 1/250
Thanks Elliot I tried to fit Lincoln in there, but he upset my perfectly balanced parts placement... ;D :P
Almost finished now, done with the second sheet of parts and all the numbering, and the instructions are well on their way. |

Re: USS Onondaga 1/250
Thanks Chris, by the way, I should have the updated Monitor files to you tomorrow, as well as the AS-6 Kingfish FINALLY. The Kingfish will be free. I am also trying to get the semi-mythical SS-N-19 Shipwreck ready for release :P

Re: USS Onondaga 1/250
Awesome! Keep the free models to a minimum though... as more than a few people have told me why buy when you can get them for free or keep the free ones simple and make a sales one that has much higher detail :D

The Kingfish compliments a potential future kit...not saying anymore! That's why it's free.

Re: USS Onondaga 1/250
Well, I did a stupid thing. I went to visit relatives and forgot the power cord for my computer. >:( :o So no updates on the Kingfish, Monitor or Onondaga. :( Sorry Chris! Good news is I managed to build Monitor so you'll have some nice new photos for the shop! :D And Onondaga was built for the first time too, so hopefully I can have it off to my beta builder by Monday. Plus, I am back in touch with Dennis (Cardstalker) who is doing the Kingfish beta so we are moving forwards on all fronts-just not very fast. :P
