USS Onondaga 1/250
New project starting up. Anyone care to try and ID this one?
No cheating and looking at the url, there's a typo in there anyways so I'll know if you did!

Looks like the USS Onandaga (should be Onondaga of course). Now you need one of the CSN James River Squadron ironclads to fight her at Trent's Reach

lol, hehe it is indeed Onondaga. This is a fun one to design, hope to move quicker than with Passaic. :P :o
First the Union monitors, then we talk about confederate ships :D Here's some more progress:

Continuing on, turning it into some complete parts. The turrets are identical to Passaic, which saved me A LOT of work. Here's the deck, forward turret, aft turret roof, funnel and some other associated parts. Next are some detail parts before the first beta build.

Thanks Elliot! Did you get Passaic at the new, (temporary) low price?? LOL!
Seriously, it's always nice to hear good things about your designs. Onondaga is a relatively low stress project, probably due to an almost total lack of reference material!!

Parts are now finished and work has begun on the instructions. The beta build will then begin. Hope to have her done within two weeks...
