NASA & NCAR C-130 Hercules

Well you can blame this on Rich...its all his fault.

Seems when I made the repair that Rich noted (back in November of 2011)
to the NCAR Herc
I inadvertently messed up the save file.

Part 18 (a central fuselage part) is now missing some text graphics!

Anyway, I have fixed the model...again...and uploaded a new kit to ecardmodels.
Give them a day or two to get it into the system and then you can get a replacement model.
if you are desperate for the fixed parts right away just contact me.

I can't tell if you've figured out what NCAR is or are asking what it is.

NCAR is the National Center for Atmospheric Research, their hanger is at the Jeffco Co. Airport, just SE of Boulder, Co. I use to live 10 minutes from their facility and would sometimes see the C-130 leave and return a couple of times a month.
