New Design Group Alpha (DGA) releases on Ecardmodels : Fairey Firefly II M
The Fairey Firefly II ranks, together with the Hawker Fury, amongst the most beautiful fighter biplanes of the 1930's. The RAF preferred the Hawker Fury, but the Firefly ended up in Belgian military service and, believe it or not, the last examples battled with German Bf109's at the outbreak of war in May 1940.
