Well, to bring back the unending thread - http://www.halinski.com.pl/indexgb.php
Specifically: In September 2008 we will publish KA 3/2008 with American fighter P-38G Lightning.

Congrats, birder ! Job well done. P-38 has always been one of my favorite WW2 fighters, you've done it justice.

Thank-you Steve I share your appreciation of this plane. It is still my favorite, but so many close seconds...for its time really stands out though. I have to thank Ron for offering this out of print model for sale, right when I was looking for it! Although the new p-38 looks nice enough to make it, too.

by this last reply I was referring to WaK's new '38, but Halinsky's offering will be good too, I'm sure. Now with Gremir coming out with a version too it's amazing to have so many good P-38's to do......so many models..

Glen,
WAK and GreMir P-38s are actually the same design. The only difference are markings. WAK issued plane flown by Tom McGuire and GreMir will have plane flown by Tom Lynch. The three of them were designated as most likely to become American ace of aces of the war.
