Ready to enter!

Hi gang,
I have a stack of old original Maly kits I picked up one day visiting in Idaho Falls, ID and have also been 'cleaning up' some of them. As we all know, the design are pretty good, but the printing was on "Communist toilet paper", as I call it. I edit the scans with Paint Shop Pro 5, a Win-95 era program that runs quite well in Win-XP. For those interested I'd be happy to pass on some hints & tips. We paper builders share things, you know.

Anyway, I will do the Tu-114. I checked the kit colors against photos posted in Airliners.net and made a few changes. Maly Modelarz has come a long way since the Tu-114 days, but I can't resist building these old kits. The attached photo shows a before and after of a couple of parts.

- Erik

Well, I just got a copy of the 87 issue Mirage F1, so I hope to build that one. Does anyone have any idea how I could scratch the gear bays? :D

seems to be the case, have to wait to see when they arrive in the mean time can find decals and paint schemes anyway rather like this one i found of a mig 29 from Slovakia that i found when looking for mig 29 decals may be way to hard to do but it would look so cool.

Probably won't get a start till after I at least get my ORP Dzik done, but there should be plenty of time?
