Wanted: WAR Corsair plans

Hey everyone,

As some of you know I'm desiging and building my own plane with an inverted gull wing. It is about the same size as the WAR Corsair 50% scale replica.

I'm trying to borrow as many elements from proven designs as I can and the WAR Corsair wing has been proven to be very strong in service. A new set of plans cost $315 plus shipping. I know there are a lot of unused plans out there and I'm hoping to pick up a set for maybe $200 or less. If any of you know of a set could you please point me in the right direction?

Try advertising on a kit plane website or magazine maybe? EAA has members who will surely knw where to get a set.

Good luck with your endeavour. I helped build an aircraft from plans but could not find a willing pilot for a test flight. I'm a pilot but not qualified for flight testing. The aircraft never flew. I had several chances to sell the aircraft but chose not to because of litigation.
