Skyline Model Problem
I ordered a model online from Skyline Paper Models last night. Everything went alright till I opened the email containing the link to download the model. There was no link anywhere in the email (yep, I shook it upside down just to make sure).
I followed up by sending emails to all the pertinent contact points and have yet to receive any reply. Now I'm wondering whether anyone else has had this experience and how long I should wait before becoming really concerned. +Gil P.S. The Paper Model order is now on its fourth week . . . , |

If you have not already done so, try a PM to Sumato (the designer.) He is a member here. I have never had a problem with ordering/downloading any of his models. He is an airline pilot so is sometimes "off the air" for several days at a time.

Gil,
The first time I ordered from Skyline the same thing happened. There was some problem with the automated system. Sumato was away with his work at the time but as soon as he returned home my model was sent no problems. Scott |

Problems with download file
My experience with Skyline is very positive.
I had problems with create an account, and then they tell me how can purchase the card model. I sent the money to Sumato address, and then a e-mail to Skyline with the e-mail where i wan to download the file. And no problem. I hope you can contact with Skyline and find a solution. jose luis l |

It's Arrived!, It's Arrived!
Skyline came through with flying colors this morning. The model arrived safe and sound in all its glory. Thanks Sumato! We're in happy camping land once again!
