Buying from super-hobby.com- what should I expect as a US buyer?
Hello all!
Found a great Orlik kit that I'd love to buy and found it for a good price on the Polish-based super-hobby.com. Do any US buyers have experience with Super-Hobby that can tell me what to expect besides the obvious long and expensive overseas shipping? Thanks! P. S. If anyone's curious the kit is Orlik #100 10/2014 Tu-154M Polish Air Force 101/102 (below) |

Super-Hobby's prices are high compared to other vendors. A quick search turned up the kit at GPM and Orlik, both of whom I have ordered from in the past without any problems.

Try kartonmodellshop.de. Very reliable, have ordered from them for years, also takes PayPal.

This was clearly meant for another thread. Sorry.
I am sometimes afraid that I'll mess up a model that is complicated. I now keep a mental note of where sub assemblies can be cut out or cut off. So 'print and start over' doesn't have to mean from the very beginning. Last edited by aansorge; 08-17-2023 at 07:03 PM. Reason: Wrong thread |
