If it helps your search, one of the files is labeled 'Eric's Sky Cycle Clone' and the other zip file is 'Centuri Sky Cycle'

For the Centuri rocket version, check Jimz rocket plans. It has the formers and fins as a tiff along with the decals and instructions, but you'll need to make your own tube and nose cone.
