Thanks, Bob. I was difficult and fun. If there was no challenge I suppose we wouldn't do it:p.

Fianlly finished up the propeller so it's as done as it can be. I'll post finals next week.

Wonderful job on a difficult model. A tip for your wheels if they are still removeable.
Avery makes a Clear Decal material, sort of like that overhead projector stuff
that you can print your wheels on to get your spokes and see through as well.

Thanks folks.

Chats, I thought about that but the wheels are permanent now.
I'd settle for some paint that would adhere to rubber and try to paint them light gray.

Thanks, Mauri. Difficult-somewhat. hair Raising-definitely.
Very pleased with the result. I'm glad I decided to build this one. Moved my skills forward a bit.

Real deal...

Just noticed that the propeller must have been *real* close to the tips of the pilot's boots... what fun! Good thing, in case of a crash, the properller hits *first*! Otherwise, the pilot would pass through the propeller disk...

Never thought about that. It is a strange arrangement with the propeller set back into the wings. Without any protection it would be scary havingthat spinning in your face.

Really great job, Joe. I think this is my favorite FG build. You've added so much depth to the build. I don't know if there is such a thing as a "perfect" FG kit, but you've done a perfect build of one.

Thanks, Chris.

Now that I have all the parts on I just need to find out where we're supposed to post the finished photos.
Don't know if that last part was ever established.:p

I may do another build. Looks like I'll have time.
