I admire your design's speed...you are very fast in both design and build.

Are you going to do the R-66 turbine too?

The only reason I'm so fast with these is due to not having a job. I get to focus 8 to 10+ hours a day, 7 days a week on designing.

I'm gathering info on the R-66 right now. Although with pics I've seen, it looks almost exactly like the R-44, with a few modifications to the tailboom.

[QUOTE=murphyaa;284518]Test build of the Skyray.

I hope this gets past the test stage soon....... I'd love to build this.

If you need any detail picts of a Skyray let me know specifics and I'll try to get some picts for you. I'll be visiting the Weisbrod Aircraft Museum in Pueblo, CO. on Friday and they have a beauty on display.....

You can always submit a repaint of the model.

I did this version:

Upcoming models-avskyray_4.jpg

It was bright, and an oddball color scheme.

And one I don't think anybody has done before.

I need to raise money for rent, so I'm gonna start offering DVD's. The collection is too big for CD's now. The military folder alone is over 700MB's.

1 DVD for $40, or both for $70
DVD 1 has Helicopters, Military, and Seaplanes
DVD 2 has Civilian, Rutan, Vehicles, X-planes, and anything that doesn't fit in any other category.

And I just had the thought of designing a model of the Spruce Goose, and making it a DVD exclusive, to get around that pesky copyright issue (you buy the DVD, and just happen to get the Spruce Goose for free).

edit: Oops, can't post just pictures.

Progress on what I'm calling the "Aspen Duck" to skirt any copyright issues. DVD only model.

One very neat looking Aspen Duck, Aaron.
I also rather liked the colourscheme on your Skyray, once the eyes had properly taken it in.

As to the DVD idea I think it not only very good, but great value for money.
With that aspect of it, I wish you every possible success, Aaron my friend.

Kind and Respectful Regards Aaron my friend, Uyraell.
