That's what I have on my RB-57. Standard USAF Markings with Weather on the tail.

Where were you located during this time? Time wise, I'm guessing your talking between ~1966-1972, does that sound right? And no NASA yellow tail band?

He's hoping to recolor his model to match what he saw before he builds it. I just don't think he has enough info to do the job.

I could send him a couple of images if we can get it figured out. We'll see hat happens.

Diorama of WB-57F @ Pima Air Museum

There was some discussion about the WB-57F that is sitting somewhat derelict and abandon looking at PIMA.

I have bits and pieces of various cardmodels lying around my work area, including a partial fuselage of Aaron's recent release of the NASA Earth Survey 3 WB-57F, which is the one at PIMA.

I set them up in a slam-dunk 'diorama' and took a quick pict Upcoming models-nasa-925-pima.jpg .....do not get me wrong... I find nothing funny about the way PIMA Air Museum is treating this rare aircraft and it's a shame that they are letting get worse year by year.

Enough said,
