For those who wonder about my design methodologicality (or lack there of), here's how it works. I work on a model until I hit a point that frustrates me enough to throw it out the window. At that point I stop and switch to another model, and work on it until it's finished or hits the frustration point. At that point, I switch to another model, or try working on the previous model.

For the X-29, I have it unrolled and on paper, but now the paint scheme has me pulling my hair out, so I switched to the KC-97/Boeing 377. After about 3 hours, the engines sent me over the edge, so I went back to the X-29. 10 minutes later, the laptop almost went out the window, so I dug out a third model and started on it. Fortunately, it's an easy one, so I should be able to work on it for a while, and maybe even finish it.

If you need for details of the engines on the KC-97 let me know.

I got started on the beacon tower tonight. Wow. I'm going to use a few blades. Already used 3 on just the tower, ladder, and beacon platform. I'll start a thread tomorrow. Gotta find my camera cable.

I've got enough pictures and information. The problem is getting all that info from my head, through my fingers, and into Rhino.

My patience for anything is running short this week, so I'm not getting much modelling work done.
