Well, free is everyone's favorite price, as for me,I love freebies, but I'll pay for something I really like. I'd love to see a Tornado. I'd pay for that.

Free is nice, but payware models are better. Definitely worth spending a few dollars!!

Free versus paid is one of those mental-pendulum issues that never stops, and there are pros and cons on both sides. But Murph just piqued my curiosity with the related matter of sales popularity, which is bound to be a little different for each designer, as each set of models is different. These records could be useful indicators of where to devote the greatest amount of design work, and would have at least academic interest for the rest of us. Some designers could take this research even deeper, as in does popularity vary by country or stay the same world-wide, -- or which colors of specific car models sell the best? Perhaps such records could even provide guidance WRT bundling models.

One thing I've noticed is that when somebody first discovers my site and starts buying, they always head for the military stuff.
I'm gonna bang out a few quick and easy models really quick, because I just realized that I only have 6 models in the beta build queue, and 4 of them are the Mig 19, and they'll be ready by this weekend. Starting off with: and then: Then I'll tackle the OV-1 Mohawk, and whatever else looks like it'll be a quick job. Once I get a comfortable buffer on the beta queue built up, I'll go back to the bigger long term projects. |

Looking forward
Oh, yes, the Condor will be very nice . Will have to try to find some info on what might have been the White Pass scheme. And, the Tracker will be on my list also, if maybe to back-engineer to a radial . Will you offer radial-engined nacelles as an option in the B&W version? I have a soft spot for the old air tankers.
Keep up the wonderful work. Regards, John |

I'll probably do a Radial version as well. The ones down at Pima were radial, and since I'm required by law (in my head anyway) to do the Pima version of any model, I gotta do both.

My site doesn't have any way of tracking who buys what, and neither does Paypal. But once Ecardmodels and Andrey's site have been going for a few months, I'll get reports generated that'll tell me what everybody is buying, and I'll probably gravitate more towards those.

I've purchased every airliner that Murph has put out. I would love to see some oldies like a DC-6.
