I've been working on the commission backlog. Now I realize why some planes are rare in paper, because getting paper to do what's required is hard. Some have to wait until I can get to a museum to see the real thing, or can acquire a plastic model,, which are also rare and hard to find.

Anyways, here's the latest one:

*ps: Ignore the fact my build skills still suck*

That's a good sign that it's recognizable.

Yeah, looks like it, despite the "suck" build.

Looks promising. The fuselage just aft of the cockpit is pretty complex - looks like you are capturing it well.

The best 3-views I could find were wrong in that area (an older version of the 215 I think. I had to redraw the cockpit windows.

Ya know, Bob (Bobscardmodels) had once released a CL 215 but later withdrew it on grounds that it was unbuildable, probably the nose section. I had attempted and struggled with it and finally came up with a completely different looking nose fuselage and then stopped there. That's why I'm hoping to see you do it right.

It is a complicated area just at the cockpit. It's gonna end up being one of those "work slowly and carefully" areas.

I'd like to take this moment to mention that I have an account set up with Patreon. Patreon is a monthly donation service for creaters, where supporters can set up an amount that they would like to donate monthly, and Patreon automatically withdraws that amount and puts it into my account. I've been using it for several months, and even have 3 supporters. Your good deed doesn't go unreserved though. Any body who signs up for a $20 monthly donation gets the link to the master download folder, where I keep every model, including the B&W files. Patreon is a reliable income, and if enough people sign up to donate, I won't have to do my monthly end-of-the-month beg for money so I can pay my bills. (Guess what time it is).

And don't worry. Besides designing new models and recoloring existing models into new versions, I also have an ongoing behind-the-scenes project to remaster some of my older models, up to and including redesigns. For instance, I've been looking at the F-16XL I did last century, and realizing that I can make it better, and larger. So there's always new stuff.

My Patreon page is here: Patreon.com/murphs_models

I am one those proud supporters of Murphy.

When you do add your support, I'd recommend using Paypal to pay. Less headaches for all around.
