The site seems to be working just fine. I just scored the Mercator, Seamaster, and Sea Jeep.
It was great seeing you in Sterling. Many thanks for answering my questions about the DH 93. Don |

I finally had my "ah ha" moment with the Douglas A2D Skyshark.
After 2 days of frantic designing, it's finally on paper. I'll have pics after the alpha build. |

A2D Skyshark = great addition to the Murph fleet of aircraft!
Many thanks. Don |

You'll like this then. Alpha build went...ok... Gotta fix some issues with the fillets. It's always the fillets.
After that I have to do the blue version, then build it. I want to show the wing fold, landing gear and figure out a way to get the props to rotate. |

Beast of an aircraft! Release it in the same scale as your Skyraider, will make a great comparison.

And the Martin AM-1 (1/44), which is in almost the same scale as the AD-1 (1/45).

The Skyshark is at 1/37 right now (big as I could make it because of some fiddly bits. I could get it down to 1/45 easily enough.

Of course, we can always resize, but I was following up on Nikki's suggestion - and since they are a set of early post-WWII USN attack aircraft . . .

Possibly a future model:
Bell'''s V-280 Valor Tiltrotor Picked As Army'''s Black Hawk Replacement V-280 does look supremely cool. |

It's not supporting the Russian economy so there's no issue.
